When I dream, the dreams vary and they’re impossible to control. They somehow control me. What can I do to be rewarded lucid dreams? If you are a knowledgeable expert on dreams, tell me what you know. Tell me what to do so I can follow directions to getting lucid dreams.
Here are a few things I use to control my dreams when they get out of hand, or I just feel like avoiding nightmares.
The first and most important thing is to realize that you are dreaming. This can be hard to do; as you have to really think about if what you are doing makes sense. After you’ve realized it, you’ll be much better off.
-Before going to sleep-
Sometimes when I go to sleep, I turn on some calming music or turn the tv on to a show I like, instead of just sitting in the darkness and trying to fall asleep. It helps if you’re comfortable.
What you can also try (as I have done in the past) is thinking up a story or theme of something you like, enjoy doing, or anything really that makes you happy. If you just keep thinking of this, it may help you drift off into a calmer dream and it may become easier for you to control.
If all else fails try clearing your mind completely when you fall asleep, so that way your thoughts will not run ramped through your brain, thus generally causing the thoughts to manipulate your dreams. If you have a clear mind then your dreams will be somewhat easier to control.
-While Sleeping-
Here’s a strange yet sometimes efficient way to get out of a nightmare. If you’re having a nightmare, try and stop to think for just a small moment. If you can do that, great. While stopped if you shake your head repeatedly back and forth, you will sometimes escape your nightmare and either wake up or switch to a different dream.
It’s weird, I know. But it works.
Hope this helps!
Life isn’t always structured and predictable. Sometimes, we have opportunities to explore, create and invent. However, there are always consequences for the choices that we make. How has personal experience influenced your creativity? Describe that personal experience. What does creativity mean to you?
Being constantly ignored and shoved to the side has definitely affected my creativity. It causes me to stop myself from really expressing my feelings.
I caught a glimpse of it because I wasn’t paying attention when it popped up, and now i can’t find it as an achievement under any game, but I think it’s called something like "2 for 20" or something similar.
oh i had that with eternal sonata when i finished it
its called two for one i believe!
(2 for 1 or two for one)
hope this helped you

In Halo 3, I’ve completed 6/9 missions on legendary but 3/9 on Normal. It was strange how I did most of the missions on legendary but got the normal achievement. I really want the Legendary and Heroic achievements but I dont want to do the all of the last 3 missions on legendary to get the achievement. Can I simply beat the last mission on Legendary to get the achievement? If you can, please explain everything. Thanks.
You have to beat the whole game on legendary, you can look up each level and see which ones you have accomplished with highest difficulty. I can help you tomorrow, add my gamertag – Uplift
The reason you got the normal achievement is because you will get achievements for the highest completed set. so imagine when you beat legendary its like a wild card that matches normal and heroic

What is some home remedies for coughing from allergies?
What are some home remedies for a cough? I am taking Sudafead PE which helped break the stuff up but when i get up in the morning I am coughing really bad and can barely breathe for my throat and stuff being coated with the drainage. What is some stuff I can use that is usually around the house?
Honey often helps.
Sudafed PE should not help, theoretically, as it is a decongestant (shrinks the swelling of the lining of your nose). If your cough is truly caused by allergies, a better choice would be loratidine (Claritin) or diphenhydramine (Benadryl).
