I caught a glimpse of it because I wasn’t paying attention when it popped up, and now i can’t find it as an achievement under any game, but I think it’s called something like "2 for 20" or something similar.
oh i had that with eternal sonata when i finished it
its called two for one i believe!
(2 for 1 or two for one)

That basically is the name that comes up when you earn more than 1 achievment at the same time. Check the most recently earned achievements for that game to see what 2 achievements you did earn.

Yeah for example on Halo… If you beat the campaign on legendary you automatically unlock 3 or 4 achievements
It will say 3 for 300 or however many all 3 achievements are worth
This is only if you do something that unlocks 2 or more achievements at the same time
