I am lactose and tolirated. i have gym every day and i am so sore by the time the day is over. i don’t want to take medication or drugs because i am not stupid. i read before i go to bed. i am always cold, any ideas?

    You need time to fall into REM sleep.
    Make sure you go to bed earlier and have at least 8 hours of time for sleep.

    Melatonin is a nice supplement that helps you get into a deeper sleep faster… it doesn’t make you fall asleep… just makes the quality of your sleep better. You can find it at almost any drug store for pretty cheap.
