What are some tips/links/websites that teach how to have an out of body experience or a lucid dream? Or a wake induced lucid dream. Also how can i get into a waking sleep paralysis?

its all about technique…
its takes practice and an understanding of how u dream and how that relates to you… not everyone else….Most ppl make the mistake thinking theres trick… there isnt … its just as difficult as learning to walk… ( be thankful u dont have to remember that one)….

heres a good source…

The other answers already have posted guides, but I will say that there is not necessarily a "best" way to have a lucid dream. It varies from person to person and many factors can influence the success of certain techniques. For example, some people can have lucid dreams at will when using a wake induced technique. That is nearly impossible for me (I have had a small amount of success with it a few times) because I have a very bad insomnia and I would be lucky if I could fall asleep without being aware of the process. Using autosuggestion and doing frequent reality checks throughout the day seem to work well for me. There are no real tricks to having a lucid dream, you just need to have to figure out what techniques work best for you and keep yourself motivated. Try not to let it cause stress or frustration if you don’t have one immediately because it will only make it even harder. Lucid dreaming is supposed to relieve stress, not create it!

I suggest you look at some of those guides, as they probably have all the information you are seeking.
