the problem is sometimes when i’m trying to sleep i hear my own snoring & i wake up.
Yes! Snoring can start way before you reach your R..E.M. sleep (rapid eye movement) otherwise known as dreaming stage of sleep. I, myself suffer from a deviated septum and enlargeddtonsilsls which contributed to the diagnosis of sleep apnea. With that comes a lot of snoring. Snoring is the vibration of your pallet on the back of your throat.and believe me I’ve woken myself up a time or two from my owsnoringng.
the problem is sometimes when i’m trying to sleep i hear my own snoring & i wake up.
You can cure it ..not to start in the first place.Research has shown that a whopping one in four people suffer from snoring. If that weren’t amazing enough, most of those afflicted believe there is nothing to be done for their condition. They don’t realize that a good night’s sleep is within their grasp. Some people are giving a new product called Snorezip a try, and are having great results.
Snorezip was developed to increase oxygen flow and reduce mucus. When oxygen flow is increased and mucus reduced, it has been proven that the incidence of snoring will also be greatly reduced, if not eliminated. This product may be just the thing to get those afflicted with snoring on the road to a restful sleep.
Snoring is not just an annoying habit, but can seriously threaten your health. Doctors claim that patients who snore are more likely to be fatigued, and are more susceptible to life threatening conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Snoring also increases the incidence of high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome. Snorezip, with its proven record of reducing incidence of snoring could help reduce this risk.
SnoreZip is very affordable and easy to use. Most snoring remedies involve the use of uncomfortable masks that must be worn at night. The sheer discomfort of these masks is enough to make most sufferers abandon such a program long before there is any benefit. Since SnoreZip is administered as an oral spray, there’s no excuse not to give it a try. Just spray SnoreZip into your mouth before you go to bed, and you could be minutes away from a good night’s sleep!

I know regular sleep, but I don’t know what is Deep sleep
Deep sleep is when you are in the REM cycle (rapid eye movement). Ever watch a baby or child sleep and see their closed eyes moving all around? That’s REM.
Hope this helps. This is also when you dream.
How long does it take for the average person to fall into a deep sleep? And how can you tellwhen someone has fallen into a deep sleep?
The results varies from person to person. Some people have in insomnia and takes hours to fall asleep while others take minutes ( or even seconds ). Person falling into a deep sleep can be seen with eye movements noticed under the lid. That means they are in REM sleep.
I find myself goin to bed at different times but I seem to wake up from a deep comfortable sleep at 4am…what does that mean?
Interrupted sleep can be due to consumption of caffeine found in soda, tea and coffee close to bedtime. It could be the result of worry, STRESS and anxiety and dreams. It could be due to frequent bathroom visits.
It could be due to poor sleeping habits. You have to go to bed and wake up routinely at set times. this habit has to be developed so your circadian rhythmn or body ( biological ) clock is programmed.
It might be also due to the fact that you are overexhausted or tired before going to bed.. Thus, You should refrain from vigorous exercise; or watching a scary movie on TV right before going to bed to avoid overstimulation. You should not eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.to avoid indigestion. Try to keep the bedroom dark. Darkness induces your body to produce the hormone-melatonin required for sleep. the room temperature should be comfortable. Avoid sleeping in a hot or warm room. make sure your pillows, mattress an the bed in toto is comfortable. Avoid noise. Avoid looking at the bedside alarm clock.
Can you give some idea to make a person to go deep sleep without using sleeping pills.
Hypnotherapy. It is very gentle that is similar to meditation.
I’ve heard that when you’re in a deep sleep, you start dreaming. I’ve noticed after around six hours of sleeping I start dreaming.
How many hours does it take to be in a deep sleep?
There are quite a few stages of sleep. The first two are very light, then the next two are deep, the fourth being the deepest of all. Your brain sends out frequencies and waves and each stage of sleep, it’s different. While awake, your brain has a frequency of about 30, first stage is about 6, second is about 10, third stage is about 3, and fourth is 2 or even less than one. REM sleep is where our senses reset after a full day of hard work and you restore your memory. This is where you dream. Your brain disconnects from the body so you don’t act our your dream. Your brain has a frequency of about 20 or so, so it isn’t in your deepest stage of sleep.
Now that you know how deep each stage is, REM (where you dream) starts at about 90 minutes into sleep, and only lasts for 5 or 10 minutes. After that, you have about four more during the night, each one being a little longer and the longest one lasts an hour to 90 minutes.
Hope I helped
So when i wake up from a deep sleep my heart beats fast and i can feel the blood rushing threw my body and when i stand up i get really light headed also i am extremely pale like three shades lighter pale.
It sounds like two issues.
1. Your heart beats faster when you wake from a nightmare (even if you don’t remember it.)
2. Your blood pressure falls when you are lying down. If you stand up quickly it drops further and makes you feel faint. So stand up very slowly, sitting on the edge of the bed for a while.
i personally have a very good sleep at night ,if i sleep head to north and head to south is always restless.
head north, feet south
