Why is it necessary for comprehensive tort reform to be part of any health care reform policy, esp for AMA?

Doctors need to pay very high medical malpractice insurance premiums that increase cost of medical services. If it would be harder to sue and amount of compensation would be smaller, cost of healthcare might do down.

It’s in theory. In practice, people will sue anyway, because it’s their health and health of their loved ones are at stake. Keep in mind that every year we have 44,000 to 98,000 unnecessary deaths, in hospital settings, and 1,000,000 excess injuries.

Wouldn’t you sue if your child go blind because of doctor’s error? How much would you value your vision? 10 grants? What about your leg? Are 5 grants enough for losing it?

You see, it looks easy only if somebody else’s health is affected.

I have taken many ESP tests and I have found that I constantly click on the symbol close to the actual symbol and also click on the actual symbol only a few times do I not even come close. What does this mean? Does this mean I sorta have ESP?

I do not think that it means anything other than a series of coincidences./

I live in North Carolina and I am selling my car to a friend who now lives in Michigan. This is further complicated by the fact that I will have already moved to another country at the time that she’ll be in NC to get the car.

So how do we transfer ownership between states? I’ve done it before with someone in NC, and they were at the DMV with me, but I have no clue how to do it with someone who is in another state.

Well, is the car still registered and insured in your name? If so, just keep it registered and insured in your name, and sign the title over to her (you might have to have it notarized), and mail the title to her with a bill of sale and the keys. Then, she can come pick it up, drive it back home, and register and insure it there.

HER INSURANCE AGENT is the best person to walk her through buying a car out of state, and getting it back to MI.

So i sorta have ESP, like sometimes i can predict things before they happen. And so i know with Esp you can move objects, and have-out-of-body experiences(Not like the type ghost have, where they obsess people but where you can go miles away from your body in seconds) and there’s more but i have one of the ESP Like i said the future one but how can i get the one where you can go out of your body like when no body’s around you, or when your sleeping. So is it possible to change that one?

I think catnip patchouli and lavendar are good aren’t they? How about others? Do you know what the insect repellant property is called scientifically? If you can help I’d greatly appreciate it, am being eaten alive here.
Citronella is one scent I don’t have here.

believe me any scent(oils, incense or perfume) will keep the mosquitos away!!….back in india wher mosquitos are a constant threat….ppl use all kinds of smoke to keep them at bay!
u dont need to waste ur oils or perfumes to keep them off…u can use any kinda thing which emits smoke or smell….like incense sticks,
dried lavender sprinkled on hot charcoals and stuff….but these or any kinda smell wil work only if the area is enclosed…this cant be done
in open air as ther wil be wind and breeze!
if u r planning for outdoors then u can light up wood shavings(the shavings which come out of a carpenters tools used on wood)
or light up wood and on low fire….make sure ther is smoke!!
try this…apply cologne to ur body and see….u wont hav a single mosquito buzzing near u….

I have a ESP EC-256 and when i play the first, fourth, and second fret on the high e string it will play dead notes but everywhere else is good and it only happens with that string. I think its time for some new strings because I’ve been playing wit these for a few weeks and I’m hoping that changing strings could resolve my problem, but does anyone have any ideas on how can I fix this?

Maybe you should just… not.

The controls on the steering wheel don’t work. In ordering a replacement part they need to know if it has ESP.

Electronic Stabilization Program which if Your car is the deck out version u most likely have it

How to disable the ink level tracking feature in the Kodak ESP 3 all in one printer? please help i refilled the cartridge but it still reads as empty and wont let me print.

It means Kodak has designed the cartridge to make sure you only get to use them once.

my Kodak ESP-3 printer has this xps thing that won’t let met print. Something to do with connecting the printer online. Does anyone know how I set this up and get the printer to connect so I can print? I am not used to this and I need to be able to print! Thanks!

I’m not quite sure what you may be referring to when you say "xps", but here’s a thought.

It sounds like a Print To File printer (like Microsoft XPS) is set as your default printer in Windows instead of the printer you want to print to or a “print to file” port is configured for your printer, so that whenever you print you are actually trying to create files with the print information in them on your computer’s hard drive.

Hopefully you’ve installed your printer (software, interface cable, etc.) onto your computer already, if not you’ll need to do that first. Usually when installing a printer it will ask if you want this to be your default printer, check the box or select “Yes” as needed. This should take care of it, but if you didn’t do that when you installed it then you’ll need to do this:

A simple way to check and change the default printer is to open a document you wish to print, go to the menu bar at top and click on “File”, move down the pop-up window to “Print”… and click on it. In the Print pop-up window find your printer in the window at top and right-click on it and then click on "Set as Default Printer" then select Print or Cancel at the bottom. Now shutdown the application you used, otherwise it may still try to use the old printer selection. Now whenever you click on the print icon it will print out on your printer instead of going to a file.

If you still have the "Save As" problem then the problem is your printer is setup for the wrong port in the properties section of the printer setup, a “print to file” port instead of a standard communication port to your printer and you’ll need to change it.

For XP:
Go to "Start", select "Settings" then "Printers and Faxes"
Right click on your printer and select "Properties"
Click on your "Ports" tab (then see below)

For Vista:
Click the Start button, then Control Panel, now Hardware and Sound, and then click on Printers.
Right click on your printer and select "Properties"
Click on your "Ports" tab (then see below)

The problem is your current port setting for your installed printer is set to "FILE: Print to File" and as such is printing the document to a file on your hard drive instead of to the port that your printer is actually connected to. Scroll through the list of available ports to find the port that your printer is connected to (probably USB {may be named like DOTsomething} or LPT1 or whatever you have) and check the box next to it and click the OK button at the bottom of the window – that should fix your problem.

Best of luck

My espoff light came on last night and now i can’t get it to go back on by pressing the esp button. Does anyone know how to reset the espoff? or can someone direct me to a website that can help?

ESP stands for Electronic Stability Program. (AKA ESC or Electronic Stability Control) It helps keep the vehicle from spinning out if you try to turn to sharply. By pressing the button you temporarily turned the system off. That caused the yellow ESP OFF light on the dash to turn on. If you push the button again the light will turn off and the system will be active again. The system will also turn itself back on if you turn the car off and then start it up again. You probably want to keep the system on all the time because you never know when you will need it. If you want more information on how the systems works follow this link.
