Online I saw this thing about disguised hypnosis and since I don’t want to buy the whole package I just want to know is the secret method legal and if it is what is it?

While I was doing my homework on the computer this hypnosis add popped up about the most powerful method of hypnosis. It looked really cool but you had to buy it and I didn’t want to buy anything. So I was just wondering if anyone knew what it was.
The most powerful method would depend on the subject, it vary from individual to individual.

While meditation seeks to clear the mind, hypnosis believes in focusing the attention to focus the mind on a singularity of purpose and to change behavior by making actions subconscious, which is what happens when you learn a procedure very well.
There are websites that will give you procedures for hypnotizing yourself and there are books.
I have recommended using hypnosis for relaxation, overcoming anxiety, and learning new skills. There are seminars, but you can learn it from a practitioner.
Can somebody tell me how to use hypnosis to control people’s thoughts like Darren Brown.
Especially when he confuses people and then makes them do what he suggests.

First of all, don’t take what Derren does as complete reality. First and foremost he an illusionist. I have used confusion patterns to put people into mild trances and from there I fractionate until they are in Hypnosis.
Confusion Patterns are just one part of hypnosis but they are really not enough to seize control of the other persons mind.

Meditation: process with the goal of achieving stillness of mind.
Hypnosis: process with the goal of achieving a state of heightened focus.
Biofeedback: used to develop awareness and control of mind and body connection typically through the use of an electronic aid.
All are quite similar as they are commonly used for stress management. Yet the method of each is quite distinctly different.

Yep. I’ve done it before. I almost got arrested for giving out false info on Yahoo Answers but I used my hypnosis and bam, they were gone.
I tried self hypnosis but all I can do is make myself relax. What do I need to do to make my self see certain things, like something happening to my body or something like that?

Espeon can’t learn Hypnosis but it can learn Grass Knot by using a TM. Instead of Hypnosis, I would teach it Yawn (egg move) It works just like hypnosis but it takes two turns to work and it has better acc.
