How do I channel through past life regression?

I want to know how to see was my past life’s?
Nostradamus said the future, past are embedded in our souls and how do I unlock all those secrets?

You can’t because it is all baseless rubbish and anyone who tries to sell you on the idea is a con artist after your money.

I want to know more about my past lives. I dont have any problems or issues , but im really curious. Will knowing about my past affect me in any way? Is regression a pleasant or scary experience, because i can do without any more trauma.. Help?

As a past life regressionist, I believe everyone should have the experience of going into a past life, however, I am a little biased.

With that being said, some of the benefits of doing a past life regression include:

-dealing with problems and issues in relationships (both with yourself and others) While you have stated that you don’t have any problems or issues, I have found that many relationships improve greatly after having a past life regression. The inner peace, and understanding that one feels after experiencing a past life is surreal.

-gaining a better understanding of yourself- When you look into your past lives, and are able to see yourself time and time again, perhaps going through similar relationships, problems, and patterns, it helps to define that you are who you are

-eases the transition of life/death- many people are severely afraid of dying… we believe that once we’re dead, we’re dead, and that’s it. It is also true for when others die, we fear we will never see them again. When experiencing a past life, many of my clients will see/meet those who have past on before them, and also will witness their own personal deaths from previous lives… the understanding that life truly is eternal can be so beneficial in helping everyone to live their life to the fullest every day, without worrying about whether they will pass away while doing it

For 90% of the clients that I have worked with, the past life regressions that they have experienced have been emotional (both pleasant and unpleasant) For the remaining 10%, they have been scary (re-witnessing a death scene/traumatic event is always scary) However, with the aid of your regressionist, you should be able to come out of the regression if you feel too afraid, or simply remove yourself from the situation as though you are viewing it from a movie.

No. It’s just a way for scam artists to fool the gullible, and for the gullible to assuage their fear of death.

A hypnotherapy geared towards past life regression. If so, what were your outcome?

I’ve seen a DVD of a hypnotist doing one and I notice the words

as the person is regressed back until birth AND then.

The Hypnotist suggests (While the client is in trance mind you)

"Go back further" as a suggestion, suggesting she can.

The client follows what has been suggested

in a very ordinary manner recalls two previous ideas, no doubt her imagination

has been primed at this stage, a proceeds to create story’s.

So is she really going back in time ? Or just following suggestions

Wanting to go back, ( also no doubt expecting to as well ) or recalling a past life/s ?

I’ve formed my views as not being possible.

No, it’s not legitimate, but sometimes it does work. As strange as that sounds, even though there isn’t a shred of evidence that a hypnotist can help you remember past lives (or that there even are past lives) if there is a specific issue you’re trying to work on, a past life regression *can* improve your situation. Most likely it’s sort of a placebo effect coupled with some subconscious work on the issue you need to resolve.

But I certainly wouldn’t pay $300 dollars for it.

I was a female teacher in an orphan home in Germany in the 30s and 40s and early 50s.

The memories were very vivid and difficult to just explain away as Imagination. I’m just not that imaginative. I had memories of traveling on passenger trains with photograph clarity with respect to the decor and construction of the cars. In this life I have never even been on a train.

The fear that I experienced for the children’s well being was beyond anything that I have felt in this life. The abject terror of being responsible for the lives of the children in the midst of the war was horrific to put it mildly.

Don’t let the know nothings tell you that it isn’t real.

Has anyone ever heard of a therapist or shaman use a technique of massage to initiate a past life regression in an unhypnotised subject? Sounds like BS to me but I am curious….. Possible?

That sounds like BS sure.
HOWEVER:
I can see where real information can become jumbled. Sometimes massage techniques can have an effect on a person to re-live forgotten memories. Nerves triggering suppressed memories.

i have heard that you are different ancestors from your family tree and that you can actually isolate" one under hypnosis and have them remember things from then?

is this true?

please describe a bit if you can and how is this possible to be many different ancestors or several?

how is this possible if have many grand children?

Yea you don’t create a personality, i suppose your personality follows you through your many life’s. In each life you have a life lesson(s) EG
In a previous life you were rich, famous with many deceitful, money orientated friends. The next life you would be poor, with the life lesson to learn the value of friendship. you would most likely come into the next life with trust issues and find it hard to make friends. As your soul grows older the more wiser you become until finally your soul has learnt all it can and moves onto the next dimension.
This is what i believe anyway.
As for the memory through genetics, yes i have heard this theory before as one of my friends believes in this. The theory goes; that your memories can be passed on through your genes (mother to son, son to daughter etc etc) so its not past life its just the memories of your ancestors. I have been regressed a few times and have never regressed as any of my ancestors, i know my family tree back to William the conqueror (two of my ancestors were his lieutenants), therefore we originated from Normandy, france. Yet my regressions were most native American (to who my heart remains with) or British, which leaves a gaping hole in the theory as i have no native American in my blood (only my soul). A fact i love to debate with my friend.
